Refund policy

If Get Bouncy doesn’t work for you, I’ll refund your purchase in full for 30 days after you bought it. No forms. No follow-up questions.

How to request a refund

Email hello@getbouncy.app from the address you bought with. Tell me it didn’t work out. I’ll process the refund through the same payment provider you used — you don’t need to do anything else.

What’s covered

  • Annual plans — full refund within 30 days of purchase.
  • Lifetime plans — full refund within 30 days of purchase.
  • Enterprise plans — refund terms set per contract; contact sales.

What’s not covered

  • Purchases older than 30 days.
  • Refund requests where the account shows a clear pattern of abuse (multiple refunds across accounts). I’ll reach out directly if this applies.
