Refund policy
If Get Bouncy doesn’t work for you, I’ll refund your purchase in full for 30 days after you bought it. No forms. No follow-up questions.
How to request a refund
Email hello@getbouncy.app from the address you bought with. Tell me it didn’t work out. I’ll process the refund through the same payment provider you used, so you don’t need to do anything else. Refunds typically appear in your account within 5 to 7 business days, depending on your bank.
What’s covered
- Annual plans: full refund within 30 days of purchase.
- Lifetime plans: full refund within 30 days of purchase.
- Enterprise plans: refund terms set per contract; contact sales.
What’s not covered
- Purchases older than 30 days.
- Refund requests where the account shows a clear pattern of abuse (multiple refunds across accounts). I’ll reach out directly if this applies.
Cancellation
You can cancel an annual plan any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid year. You keep access until then, and no further charges will be made.
Lifetime plans don’t recur, so there’s nothing to cancel.
