Block time. Unlock energy.

Your webcam is the controller. Your body is the joystick.

Get Bouncy is a focus timer for Mac and Windows that turns every work break into a quick arcade game you play with your body. Come back sharper, more creative, less stressed.

Be first in line when Get Bouncy launches. No spam, ever.

You sit down at 9. You look up and it’s 2pm.

Your back is stiff. Your neck aches. That afternoon crash is already hitting. You told yourself you’d stretch. The day got busy.

Break reminders? You dismiss them. Stretch videos? Boring. Standing desk? You’re still not moving.

You stand up. You’re stiff. You eat at your desk. You finish work feeling drained, then drain yourself a little more on the couch. Netflix. Scrolling. Junk food. You go to bed tired but not the right kind of tired. Tomorrow starts the same way.

The problem isn’t knowing you should move. It’s that nothing makes you actually want to.

Private by design

Your camera never leaves this device.

Pose tracking runs in your browser. No video is uploaded, recorded, or stored. Close the tab and there’s no trace.

Read the privacy policy
  • 100%in your browser

Pose detection runs on-device through WebRTC. No frames are sent to a server, no model phones home.

  • 0videos uploaded

Your webcam feed never leaves the tab. We can't see it, store it, or rewind it.

  • 0frames stored

Each webcam frame is read for pose detection, then discarded. Nothing is kept, nothing is recorded.

Three games. Three ways to move.

A round takes about a minute. Your webcam reads you the whole time. Pick whichever your body’s asking for.

Punch

TargetsFists & knees

Targets fly at you from every angle. You smash them with your fists and your knees. Combos stack, score climbs, your shoulders remember they exist.

Power Up

CircuitFull body

A side-scrolling arcade run played with your body. Squat under the low ones. Punch through the next wave. Headbutt, kick, jumping jacks. The moves keep changing, and so does the muscle group on the hook.

Grid Runner

Endless runnerLegs & core

Jump, dodge, squat. Avoid the obstacles, collect the points, run the longest distance you can. Your heart rate won't thank you right away. Tomorrow it will.

Per round. Per game. Reset every Monday.

Every game has its own leaderboard. Every round you play earns a score. Every Monday it all resets, so the board belongs to whoever’s playing this week, not whoever started a year ago.

Spin up a room with your friends or your team. Play whenever. You don’t have to be online at the same time. Finish a round and the ranks shift.

Live leaderboard

Challenge a friend.

Spin up a room, invite players, compete for the high score. Nothing pulls you out of your chair faster than a leaderboard with your name two spots too low.

More on the way.

Get Bouncy fits your day.

Before a video call, pitch, interview, or any high-stakes meeting.

Athletes warm up. Comedians warm up crowds. Public speakers pace backstage. Nobody who takes performance seriously walks in cold. A round of Get Bouncy spikes your heart rate, drops the cortisol you've been carrying since 9am, and triggers the endorphin hit that makes you walk in like the version of you that nails it.

Between deep work sessions.

Reset your body and your focus without losing the thread.

When your back starts talking.

Don't wait until 5pm. Move now. Feel it immediately.

As a team.

Kick off your next standup with a round. Watch what 60 seconds of competition does to the energy in the room. Your team's leaderboard runs all week.

A single round elevates your heart rate, releases endorphins, and resets your focus for the next work block. That’s not wellness vocabulary. It’s what a minute of real movement does to your body.

Common concerns.

Won't it interrupt my focus?

Get Bouncy is silent during work. Zero UI. Zero popups. You only see it when you decide it's break time.

Will I actually stick with it?

Stretch reminders bore you. Standing desks don't make you move. This is different because it's a game. You come back because you want to beat your score, not because the app guilted you into it.

Another subscription?

Get Bouncy costs less per year than two months of a gym membership. Lifetime is one payment.

But that's the wrong way to think about it. You're not buying an app. You're buying the energy you'll feel at 3pm instead of the crash. The creativity that shows up when your body isn't aching. The mood your partner notices on a Wednesday. The years of healthy movement you're putting in the bank for the version of you who's still around at 70.

Movement is life. The only question is whether you'll do it.

Brice, founder of Get Bouncy

From the founder

Why I built Get Bouncy.

A few years ago, a health scare sent me down a rabbit hole. I read everything. I talked to my doctor. I looked outside conventional medicine. I ended up sitting across from an acupuncturist who said something that landed harder than any prescription.

“Your Chi is stagnant. Your vital energy. You need to move.”

I told her I already did. Morning workouts. Evening runs. She shook her head. “Not enough. You sit eight hours a day. The energy isn’t circulating. You move at the bookends and stagnate in the middle. Health doesn’t add up that way.”

Western medicine has a longer version of the same sentence. Humans spent a hundred thousand years moving. Hunting, walking, working with our bodies. Sitting eight hours in a chair is brand new. Our bodies haven’t caught up. The cost shows up by 3pm. Stiffness. Brain fog. The slow grind of an energy crash you don’t notice anymore because you’ve felt it every day for years.

I tried the obvious fixes. Standing desk. Stretch reminders. Yoga videos. None of them stuck. The problem wasn’t that I didn’t know I should move. It was that nothing made me actually want to.

So I built the thing I needed. A timer that knows when to interrupt me. A game that makes me move without thinking about it. A way to put movement back in the middle of the day, where my body has been asking for it.

Movement is life. The body you’ll have in twenty years is being built today, one break at a time. Be kind to the version of you that has to live in it.

Brice

Your next break is coming. The only question is whether you spend it scrolling or moving.

$5 a month, $29 a year, or $49 lifetime. Lifetime is $49 only while the first 25 seats last. Then it climbs to $69. Then $99.

Try it for 30 days. If it’s not for you, just email me and I’ll refund you. No forms.
